New Delhi, Sept. 5 -- The New Delhi Municipal Council's (NDMC) monthly Suvidha Camp received 56 public grievances on Saturday, with over 100 officials from 30 departments attending to residents and service users. Held at the NDCC Convention Centre on Jai Singh Road, the camp served as a single-window platform for citizens to register complaints, seek information and interact directly with officials regarding civic services. Most of the grievances were related to the Personnel, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Public Health, Enforcement, Commercial, Tax and Estate departments, according to the civic body. Officials said the complaints were taken up by the concerned departments for necessary action.
