New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- The MTech (Online) programme in Construction Engineering and Project Management will cover the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure and building projects. The programme is designed to equip working professionals with advanced technical and managerial competencies required for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale projects. The courses will be organized around two broad pillars: (i) Construction Engineering and (ii) Project Management, ensuring a strong technical foundation alongside managerial and leadership capabilities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering (Candidates with a bachelor's degree in other disciplines but with strong relevant construction experience may also be considered). Minimum CPI 5.5 or 55% marks in the qualifying degree is required. The candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (Till the commencement of the class) or should be qualified in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam or should have qualified in the IIT Kanpur's online proctored entrance test. The eligible candidates will be called for an online interview. The candidates who qualify in the department-specific online interview will be offered admission to the programme.
