India, Aug. 11 -- A 31-year-old labourer was killed after allegedly being run over by a crane in Delhi's Mayapuri area on Sunday, police said. The victim, Rahul, a Mayapuri resident, was critically injured and died before he could be taken to hospital. Police registered an FIR under Sections 281 and 106(1) of the BNS and seized the crane. Its operator, Dharam Dev, 49, was arrested. Police said further investigation is underway to establish the sequence of events leading to the accident.
