Among the standout attractions are the bamboo-steel insulated bottles and mugs developed by the Anjeneya Bamboo Cluster of Baharagora, East Singhbhum, which have generated significant interest among buyers, industry professionals and trade visitors for their blend of sustainability, functionality and contemporary design.
The eco-friendly bamboo and stainless-steel bottle keeps beverages hot or cold for 12-14 hours, while the bamboo-steel mug, fitted with a food-grade plastic lid, maintains temperature for 3-4 hours. Combining natural bamboo with modern insulation technology, the products offer a sustainable alternative to conventional drinkware and have been widely appreciated by visitors at the exhibition.
The participation of the Anjeneya Bamboo Cluster reflects Jharkhand's commitment to promoting 'Local to Global' by showcasing the state's traditional craftsmanship through innovative, market-ready products.
Alongside Tassar silk, GI-tagged products, handloom and handicrafts, bamboo-based innovations are helping position Jharkhand as an emerging hub for sustainable and value-added products in global markets.
The cluster is also leveraging advanced manufacturing capabilities, including laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC routing and customized design solutions, to create internationally competitive bamboo decor, furniture & lifestyle products.
