India, July 14 -- A 25-year-old man was shot dead and his younger brother injured after a minor dispute over honking escalated into gunfire in Ghaziabad's Loni Border area late on Sunday night. Police said the brothers were returning home when an argument broke out with a group allegedly blocking the road. The accused, identified as Sonu, allegedly opened fire, fatally injuring Vipin Kumar. He later died during treatment at GTB Hospital. Police have arrested the accused's father and wife for allegedly helping him evade arrest, while the prime accused remains absconding. Multiple teams have been formed to trace him.
