New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)'s Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka withdrew their petition before the Delhi high court challenging a special executive magistrate's decision to extend their judicial custody in a case related to an alleged breach of a peace bond. An SEM court is scheduled to hear the matter shortly since their custody ends today.
