NEW DELHI, July 30 -- A Delhi court on Thursday cancelled a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against SFI joint secretary Aishe Ghosh in a 2021 protest case outside Banga Bhawan.
Judicial Magistrate Vijayshree Rathore cancelled the warrant after Ghosh appeared in court, subject to a Rs 1,000 fine, and posted the matter for further proceedings on November 21.
On Wednesday, the court had stayed the NBW after Ghosh's counsel cited "unavoidable circumstances" for her absence at the previous hearing and directed her to appearin person.
