India, Aug. 5 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the booking period for flats under its Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) and Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) till August 31, 2026, according to separate circulars issued on July 31. Under the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, launched through a January 23 circular, DDA is offering HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats in Narela and LIG flats in Siras Pur. An additional 1,944 flats in Sector G-7/G-8, Narela, were offered through a March 18 circular, with booking commencing on March 27. The extension will allow prospective buyers to apply for both previously offered flats and newly added flats in Narela. DDA has advised prospective buyers to complete booking at the earliest to avoid last-minute inconvenience. Also Read - Factory wall collapse kills two firefighters Separately, the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 is for serving and retired employees of the Central Government, State Government, PSUs, PSBs, Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies and Government Universities. Under the scheme, flats were initially offered in Pocket-9 and subsequently in Pocket-6, Sector A1-A4, Narela. DDA has also added 1,552 flats in Pocket-13, Sector A1-A4, Narela, under the scheme through its May 21 circular, with booking for these flats opening from June 1. In view of the addition of new inventory in Pocket-13 and the continued response to the scheme, DDA has extended the booking period. Eligible applicants can now book flats in Pockets 6, 9 and 13, Sector A1-A4, Narela, during the extended period. Both extensions have been issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
