India, Aug. 4 -- A 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman died after being hit by a train between Okhla and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations, with police suspecting suicide, an officer said on Monday. Railway Police received information through a railway memo at 8.47 pm on Sunday and rushed to the spot. The bodies were found on the tracks and identified as Sagar, 23, and Shivani, 20, both residents of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The bodies were sent to LNJP Hospital for post-mortem and their families informed. Preliminary investigation suggests they jumped in front of a moving train, but the exact circumstances are being verified.
