India, May 12 -- BSES has inaugurated a High Performance Basketball Centre at Sarita Vihar in partnership with the Dribble Academy Foundation as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative. The facility is the fifth centre under the BSES Basketball Academy network, which focuses on identifying and training young basketball players in Delhi. More than 1,100 students are currently enrolled across four feeder centres located in I.P. Extension, West Vinod Nagar and Fatehpur Beri. According to officials, the new centre will provide advanced coaching and training facilities for selected players. The programme will include skill development sessions, strength and conditioning training, nutrition support, recovery programmes, mentorship and video-based performance analysis. BSES Director V. S. Verma, senior company officials and representatives of the Dribble Academy Foundation were present at the inauguration ceremony. Students from the feeder centres also participated in basketball demonstrations during the event.
