NEW DELHI, Oct. 22 -- A 16-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly firing at a 75-year-old over a long-standing property dispute in Chandni Mahal, central Delhi. Police recovered a pistol and two cartridges from him.
The juvenile, a school dropout with a history of alcohol and smoking addiction, has also been linked to previous attempted murder and extortion cases.
A case under Sections 109(1) of the BNS and the Arms Act has been registered.
