
Chandigarh, Sept. 19 -- Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday said that his government is creating a strong framework of suitable opportunities, financial assistance and institutional support to give flight to the dreams of the youth of the state so that their innovative ideas can be converted into reality.
Attending the ISB Leadership Summit-2026 organised by the Indian School of Business (ISB) at the Mohali campus on the theme 'India Unbound: Defining Tomorrow's Leadership' as the chief guest, Chief Minister Mann said that there is no dearth of talent or energy among the youth of Punjab. That is why the government is focusing on providing a suitable platform to such bright minds to showcase their talents, set up businesses and generate employment.
He said that the government has established a 'Startup Center' to turn innovative ideas into reality. While under the 'Business Blasters' programme, students have been provided with seed money and constructive and useful ideas from the School of Eminence so that they can take a leap towards a bright future.
Calling on industrialists and investors to invest in Punjab, he said that the state is being developed as a hub of industry, investment and innovation.
