SINGAPORE, Sept. 20 -- Wellness centres offering treatments such as saunas, cold plunges and red light therapy are drawing a growing number of younger Singaporeans seeking to improve their long-term health and recovery.

According to The Straits Times, at least eight wellness centres and clinics focused on longevity have opened in Singapore over the past four years, with some operators reporting increasing interest among younger customers.

House Longevity brand manager Lukas Kok said most of the centre's roughly 50 clients are in their early 30s, with affordability and the non-invasive nature of its treatments among the attractions.
