JOHOR BAHRU, May 17 -- Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government plans to increase the Budi Madani RON95 (BUDI95) subsidised petrol quota limit for p-hailing delivery riders.

The prime minister said the proposal is for the current 200-litre limit to be increased to 250 litres for riders.

"The proposal will be brought up at the National Economic Action Council (NEAC) meeting this Tuesday.

"Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil will also be tasked with deliberating the proposal in an effort to increase an additional 50 litres from the original quota.
