Kuala Lampur, July 14 -- JULY 14 - Pass the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2026, then focus on the next thing: OPPA and code of prosecutorial conduct

It is heartening to read the change of heart of the several PKR backbenchers who had objected to the original Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2026 to decouple the public prosecutor's role from the Attorney General's Chambers.

The backbenchers, who include Subang MP Wong Chen, have reportedly welcomed the so-called revised edition and would back its enactment.
