KOTA KINABALU, Sept. 12 -- Lawyers in the inquest into the death of Zara Qairina Mahathir have urged the court to engage psychological and psychiatric experts to assess the teenager's mental state at the time of her fall from a boarding school dormitory in July.

During proceedings, Shahlan Jufi, representing Zara Qairina's mother, informed the court that an independent psychologist from Kuala Lumpur is scheduled to arrive in Kota Kinabalu next week to begin profiling the deceased.
