KUCHING, Oct. 22 -- Police are gathering and verifying information as investigations into the alleged attack on a female teacher at an international school here yesterday morning continue.

According to the Sarawak Police Contingent Headquarters, the investigation team is carrying out various investigative measures to ensure the accuracy of the information obtained.

In a statement, the contingent said the investigation is ongoing and a press conference is scheduled for October 27, with the time to be announced later.
