KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 5 -- Godzilla Minus Zero has received an official Malaysian release date, with Toho Entertainment Asia announcing last night that the highly anticipated sequel will arrive in cinemas on Nov 5.

The announcement was also confirmed by local cinema chains GSC and TGV on social media, with both teasing the return of the King of the Monsters.

The film will also screen in IMAX from Nov 5.

Directed by Takashi Yamazaki, the direct sequel to Godzilla Minus One has generated considerable excitement among fans in Malaysia and around the world, with its latest teaser already amassing more than 2.3 million views on YouTube.
