Kuala Lampur, Nov. 1 -- Let's not sugarcoat it. If you're a fresh graduate in 2025, the entry-level job market is rough. In Malaysia, youth unemployment is hovering around 10 per cent. Globally, entry-level openings are down, hiring requirements are rising, and AI is replacing many of the tasks that used to be stepping stones into full-time roles.
