PETALING JAYA, Dec. 17 -- A child who was inside a car stolen in Sungai Way has been found safe, police have confirmed, bringing a swift end to a potentially tragic incident.

Petaling Jaya police chief ACP Shamsudin Mamat said that both the child and the vehicle were located shortly after the incident, according to The Star.

He added that a full statement will be issued once investigations are completed.
