KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 5 -- Chinese actor Cheng Lei is set to meet fans in Kuala Lumpur next month, marking his first appearance in Malaysia.

Cheng will appear at Sunway Velocity Mall on September 13 at 1.30pm as part of iQIYI STARSHIP 2026, a fan engagement event organised by streaming platform iQIYI.

The event is the second Malaysian edition of iQIYI STARSHIP this year, following its inaugural session in April featuring Chinese actress Esther Yu.

Cheng, an iQIYI International global ambassador, has built an international following through his performances in Chinese dramas.
