India, Sept. 25 -- Earth, FX's new sci-fi series, concluded with a suspenseful finale that sets the stage for more. With viewers wondering if Wendy's story will continue, the big question remains: Will there be a season 2 of Alien: Earth?

Created by Noah Hawley, the American science fiction horror series is based on the classic Alien franchise and serves as a prequel to the original film Alien (1979). Set in the year 2120, Alien: Earth follows the journey of Wendy (played by Sydney Chandler), a hybrid created with memories from her twin sister CJ "Hermit" (played by Alex Lawther). What happens when Wendy gets pulled into a deadly conflict involving a crashed alien spacecraft and the terrifying Xenomorph?
