India, Oct. 15 -- As I planned my trip to Seoul, one thing kept popping up in every itinerary: its cafes. A visit to a cafe usually means a quick coffee run or snack between sights. But in Seoul, guides specifically recommend setting aside a few hours for the experience. That's because cafes in Seoul are less about caffeine and more about creativity, design, and atmosphere.
