Lucknow, June 22 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has expanded its digital employment initiative 'Blue Dots AI' across all 18 administrative divisions, aiming to strengthen local job creation and support micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Kapil Dev Agarwal, inaugurated the state's first Joint Facility Centre (JFC) in Muzaffarnagar, marking the rollout of the initiative beyond its initial phase.
