New Delhi, March 7 -- The Government e-Marketplace (GeM) celebrated seven years of its SWAYATT initiative, recording strong growth in participation and transaction value.

Orders from women entrepreneurs increased from about Rs 1,265.62 crore in FY19 to Rs 83,323 crore by FY26, while startup order values rose from Rs 497.24 crore to Rs 54,005.8 crore during the same period, reaffirming its commitment to promoting inclusive public procurement for startups, women entrepreneurs and youth across India.
