New Delhi, May 5 -- Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal held talks with a Japanese delegation led by Takayuki Kobayashi, Member of Japans House of Representatives, to strengthen India-Japan economic ties and expand bilateral cooperation across key sectors.

According to the minister, discussions focused on enhancing economic engagement, strengthening MSME partnerships, and increasing collaboration in sectors such as automobiles, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing, reported ANI.

Piyush Goyal also highlighted the need to boost Indias exports and improve market access, stressing the importance of creating a more conducive business environment to support trade and investment between the two countries. ...
