New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has urged US manufacturers to expand their presence in India, partner with domestic small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and explore joint investments in advanced manufacturing.

Goyal made the pitch at a business roundtable hosted by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) in Milwaukee, attended by representatives of small and large US manufacturers during his US visit for the G20 Trade Ministers' Meeting.

In a post on X, Goyal said, "Addressed a Business Roundtable convened by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), bringing together representatives of small & large manufacturers from across the US."
