New Delhi, March 31 -- The total pending dues owed by Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) stood at Rs 2,406.46 crore as of February 2026, the government informed the Rajya Sabha.
Minister of State for MSMEs, Shobha Karandlaje, said that cumulative dues reported on the SAMADHAAN portal amounted to Rs 21,137.88 crore, of which Rs 18,731.45 crore has been cleared by CPSEs so far.
SAMADHAAN Portal Tracks Payment Delays
The government launched the MSME SAMADHAAN Portal on October 30, 2017, to enable MSEs to file and monitor cases related to delayed payments.
