Bhubaneswar, Aug. 21 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday underscored the need to strengthen cargo facilities by sea and air to boost exports and imports in the state's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.

Reviewing various departmental programmes, he directed officials to focus on increasing bank credit flow to MSMEs and simplifying loan disbursement processes through regular monitoring, according to TOI.

Majhi described the MSME sector as a key driver of employment and economic potential, noting that the government is providing support for the establishment of enterprises.
