New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contributed 48.55 percent to India's total merchandise exports in 2024-25, reaffirming their pivotal role in the country's export ecosystem, the Government informed the Rajya Sabha.
In a written reply to a question, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada said MSMEs continue to play a significant role across a wide spectrum of sectors, including labour-intensive and value-added industries.
