New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and Electronics & Information Technology Jitin Prasada is on an official visit to Morocco from August 24-25 to strengthen bilateral trade, investment and economic cooperation.

During the visit, Prasada will co-chair the 7th India-Morocco Joint Commission with Omar Hejira, Secretary of State to Morocco's Minister of Industry and Trade in charge of Foreign Trade.

Discussions will cover trade and market access, fertilisers, investment, industrial cooperation, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, energy, mining, renewable energy, digital transformation, transport and logistics.

The two countries are also expected to sign an MoU between Morocco's National Office of Food Safety (ONSS...
