New Delhi, July 13 -- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) until August 31, 2026, providing defaulting companies additional time to complete pending statutory filings.

The scheme, which was originally scheduled to end on July 15, 2026, has been extended following capacity enhancement and restoration activities at the MCA's data centre after a fire incident on June 5, 2026.
