New Delhi, April 27 -- The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has said Indias wheat production for the 2025 26 crop year is expected to remain stable and resilient despite localised damage caused by unseasonal rainfall and hailstorms. The assessment comes even as the Roller Flour Millers' Federation of India pegged output at 110.65 million tonnes, significantly lower than the governments earlier pre-weather estimate of 120.21 million tonnes, reported PTI.
