New Delhi, April 16 -- Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri this week held discussions with US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor to strengthen bilateral energy cooperation amid a global supply crunch triggered by geopolitical tensions.

Focus on Securing US Energy Supplies

The meeting focused on enhancing the India United States energy partnership and securing greater access to American energy supplies, including crude oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), reported ANI.

Following the meeting, Puri said the discussions were productive and aimed at deepening the comprehensive energy relationship between the two countries.
