New Delhi, July 2 -- The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the Agriculture Department under Seychelles' Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Blue Economy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation in agricultural research, education, capacity building and technology transfer.

The MoU was signed during the Prime Minister's official visit to Seychelles and provides a framework for joint research programmes, exchange of scientists, researchers and students, and sharing of agricultural technologies and best practices.
