New Delhi, March 5 -- Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary on Thurdsay held a meeting with Finland's Minister of Employment Matias Marttinen to explore greater bilateral cooperation in the areas of skill development, vocational education and workforce mobility.

The discussions underscored growing alignment between India and Finland in developing resilient and future-ready talent ecosystems.

Both sides examined opportunities to deepen institutional collaboration, strengthen industry linkages and create structured pathways for skilled workforce mobility, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of training, certification and worker welfare.
