Chandigarh, June 11 -- Media-tech company HKI Media has announced plans to establish a Rs 10 crore Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics, and Extended Reality (AVGC-XR) in Haryana, responding to the state government's newly launched AVGC-XR Policy 2026.

The announcement follows the launch of the Make in Haryana Industrial Policy 2026 by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on June 1, under which nine sector-specific policies were unveiled alongside an Intelligent Investment Facilitation Portal aimed at streamlining approvals and investment processes.
