New Delhi, July 1 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday launched the FCRA 2.0 Portal and the electronic Overseas Citizen of India (e-OCI) Card, introducing digital reforms aimed at simplifying regulatory compliance, improving public services and strengthening monitoring mechanisms.

Speaking at the launch in New Delhi, Shah said the two initiatives would enhance citizen convenience and align with the government's vision of 'Minimum Government, Maximum Governance' by leveraging technology to improve transparency, efficiency and security.
