Hyderabad, Oct. 25 -- The Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC), the technical arm of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) to collaborate on joint research, studies, and technical contributions in advanced telecom technologies and global standardisation.
Signed on 24 October 2025 at IIT Hyderabad, the MoU is expected to boost India's role in next-generation telecom development and global standardisation initiatives.
