New Delhi, April 2 -- In a move aimed at improving Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has aligned its industrial categorisation with guidelines issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

As part of this update, 'digital printing on flex, vinyl and PVC' has been classified under the Green Category, indicating low pollution potential.

Announcing the decision, Delhi's Environment and Industries Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said the step would support entrepreneurs in the printing sector while maintaining environmental safeguards, reported EdexLive.

The move follows earlier reforms, including relaxation of Consent to Operate (CTO) timelines for Green Category industries.
