Mumbai, April 9 -- The Bombay High Court has directed all judicial officers in Maharashtra and Goa to ensure that orders and judgments are uploaded on the Case Information System (CIS) server on the same day they are passed.
The Court stated that if any order or judgment is not uploaded within the stipulated time, the concerned officer must provide reasons for the delay. It warned that failure to comply would amount to misconduct touching to the integrity of judicial officer.
Mandatory Reporting and Accountability Measures
