New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has signed a senior secured debt financing package of up to USD 108 million with Aavas Financiers Ltd to expand affordable housing loans and support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in underserved Indian states.

The package includes USD 8 million in concessional financing from the Canadian Climate and Nature Fund for the Private Sector in Asia (CANPA), a trust fund managed by ADB and backed by the Government of Canada, reported ANI.

Focus on Green and Inclusive Housing
