Afghanistan, March 22 -- Chris Murphy has criticized Donald Trump, saying the US president appears unsettled and disorganized in managing rising tensions with Iran.

Murphy, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has been closely monitoring the ongoing US-Israel military operations in Iran, now entering their fourth week.

He described the conflict as dangerous and warned that continued military escalation could place significant economic pressure on the United States.

The senator also pointed to Trump's recent threats, including warnings that Washington could strike Iranian infrastructure if Tehran does not change its course.
