Afghanistan, Feb. 26 -- UN Special Rapporteur Richard Bennett has warned that sweeping restrictions and sharp international funding cuts are severely undermining Afghan women's access to essential healthcare services, deepening an already fragile health system.
Richard Bennett, the UN Special Rapporteur on human rights in Afghanistan, will present a new report on women's and girls' right to health at the 61st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva on Thrusday, 26 February.
