Afghanistan, Aug. 12 -- Ukraine has accused Russia of using North Korean ballistic missiles in recent attacks that killed at least 10 people and wounded dozens, as Kyiv warns of expanding military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
The allegation came after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia was receiving ballistic missiles from North Korea and called for greater Western support for Ukraine's air-defence capabilities.
A southeastern Ukrainian city was among the areas hardest hit in the latest overnight attacks. Local officials said seven people were killed and 24 others wounded there, according to AFP.
