Afghanistan, May 3 -- Richard Lindsay said journalists in Afghanistan continue to carry out vital work despite operating under increasingly difficult conditions marked by restrictions and uncertainty.
Marking World Press Freedom Day, he said Afghan reporters play a crucial role in highlighting public concerns and giving voice to vulnerable communities whose needs might otherwise go unheard.
