Afghanistan, Nov. 10 -- Lebanon's Health Ministry said two civilians were killed in Israeli drone strikes in the country's south amid escalating cross-border tensions.

Lebanon's Ministry of Health said on Sunday that two civilians were killed in separate Israeli drone strikes targeting areas in southern Lebanon. The attacks mark another deadly escalation in the ongoing cross-border hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah forces.

According to the ministry, one civilian was killed when an Israeli drone struck a motorcycle in the village of Houmine al-Faouqa in Nabatieh province. Hours earlier, another drone hit a vehicle traveling between the towns of al-Sawaneh and Khirbet Selm, killing one person.
