U.S. President Donald Trump said his two-hour phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin was "good and constructive," adding that both leaders agreed to hold a high-level meeting next week.
Writing on Truth Social on Thursday, Trump said the upcoming meeting would include senior officials such as U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and take place at an undisclosed location.
He added that he will meet Putin again later in Budapest to explore ways to end what he called the "shameful war" between Russia and Ukraine.
