Afghanistan, Aug. 31 -- Russian airstrikes targeting shopping centers and food warehouses across Ukraine are disrupting the country's food supply network, raising concerns over shortages of essential goods and rising prices in Kyiv and other cities.
The Washington Post reported on Sunday, August 30, that recent Russian attacks have damaged key food distribution hubs, warehouses and retail infrastructure, making it increasingly difficult for supermarkets to replenish supplies in parts of Ukraine.
