Afghanistan, April 14 -- Rashid Khan has been appointed as a new member of the players' advisory board of the World Cricketers' Association, marking a significant step for Afghanistan's representation in global cricket governance.
The WCA announced updated changes to the board, emphasizing that the role and voice of players in shaping major decisions in international cricket will be further strengthened.
According to the statement, Rashid Khan joins the board alongside Chamari Athapaththu and Wayne Madsen, as well as Daryl Mitchell and Maddy Green.
